I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who provides couples counseling, marriage counseling, and therapy for individuals. It is my pleasure to also serve as a certified facilitator and trainer of the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment for premarital couples and marital enrichment.
My treatment approach is grounded in evidence-based models and pulls from a variety of strength-based interventions. I assist clients in developing their self-worth, navigating life transitions, understanding cultural influences, and breaking destructive generational patterns. Something I especially enjoy is working with couples to encourage a more satisfying, healthy, and fulfilling relationship through more effective communication, improved conflict resolutions skills, and increased emotional connection.
You’ll find that I am a strong advocate for the benefits therapy can provide and view my work with clients from a systemic and holistic lens. I meet you where you are and help guide you towards your goals.
